Kissing Nevi
- Developed in-utero, before the eyelid fissure was formed
Clinical Features
- Symptoms: asymptomatic
- Signs:
- Congenital pigmented lesions that are located in an apposed area on both upper and lower lid
- The lesion may be flat, nodular, verrucous or hairy
- May undergo malignant transformation
Management
- Observation and photographic follow-up for evidence of size or morphological changes
- Consider surgical removal when malignant transformation is suspected
