Nevus of Ota
- Also called oculodermal melanocytosis.
- Caused by diffuse distribution of proliferated melanocytes.
Clinical Features
- Asymptomatic.
- Unilateral facial and/or ocular slate-blue pigmentation.
- Usually follows the distribution of trigeminal nerve (V1 and V2).
- Rarely undergoes malignant transformation.
- No treatment is required.
