Education and Training
The training programs offered cater to a wide range of Audience Levels, from individual contributors to management roles. For individual contributors, there are three levels, starting from Level 1, which is entry-level with a specialized scope, to Level III, which has a deeper specialization and more responsibilities but limited guidance. Management roles are divided into five levels, starting from Level 1, which is for entry-level supervisors, to Level V, intended for executive leaders; each with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership. Additionally, there are Proficiency Tracks available, covering fundamental Core competencies applicable to all employees, specialized themes like Practice Operations and Clinical Support, and courses focusing on administrative support and patient access.
