Jeannette Cordero-Rotger

Jeannette is a firm believer in strategically engaging, developing, and celebrating talent to deliver the best people experience and build stronger teams.
In past roles, Jeannette has worked in cultural exchange, talent acquisition, faculty practice group, and people operations in a women’s health division. Jeannette holds a BBA in International Business Management and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Pace University.
Jeannette is an avid fan of animals with a special appreciation for pandas. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting the zoo with her family and looks forward to many future travel adventures.
Andrea Kassiano
- Organization & Development Specialist
Andrea believes complex organizations thrive when they foster a just and creative work environment in which workers want to stay, participate, and grow.
Andrea has worked at Columbia for four years, holding multiple positions throughout the university supporting staff, faculty, and students in different capacities. She first became interested in the creation of work environments while engaging in diversity and inclusion work at Columbia University Libraries. She then furthered her HR knowledge and skills during her time as an associate HR manager at the newly founded Climate School, formerly known as the Earth Institute.
Andrea holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree from Hunter College in Adolescent Education and History. She has previously worked as a public high school teacher. She recently completed a Master’s degree at Teachers College in Organizational Psychology.
In her free time, Andrea enjoys cross-stitching, hiking, and spending time with her cat, Koji.
Alejandra Ramos
- Organization & Development Specialist
Alejandra Ramos holds a Master's degree from New Jersey City University and a Bachelor's degree from Saint Peter's University. She brings experience from roles such as Program Development Specialist at NYC H+H/ Bellevue Hospital, where she led initiatives resulting in increased program effectiveness and staff retention. Before that, she held a position as a Client Navigator where she developed and implemented tailored health education curricula for new patients, resulting in improved patient knowledge and understanding of their conditions. Alejandra loves dynamic environments, contributing to innovative solutions, and driving positive outcomes. She is enthusiastic about joining the team and looks forward to the opportunity to learn, grow, and collaborate with colleagues toward shared goals.
Dana Sanchez
- Organization & Development Specialist
Dana believes in utilizing the principles of Industrial/Organizational (I/O) psychology to increase organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Dana brings three years of work experience in HR recruitment, training and development, research and consulting. Dana holds a Master of Science in I/O Psychology from Touro College and is a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional.
In her free time, Dana enjoys hanging out with her cat, Pickles, singing karaoke, and going to the gym.
