High Resolution Imaging
Due to the limited availability of imaging time, projects requiring use of high-resolution instruments (the Krios) must be approved by the User Committee. Furthermore, preliminary demonstrations of sample quality will often need to be made using screening instrumentation before use of the Krios microscopes will be allowed. Please contact the Cryo-EM Center for more information.
User Training
Access to instrumentation in the Cryo-EM Center is contingent upon users displaying evidence of an adequate level of training to the facility Technical Director. Untrained users are encouraged to get initial training at the New York Structural Biology Center, and/or contact the Columbia Cryo-EM Center to schedule training sessions.
