The Administrative Fellowship Program is a 12-month opportunity for recent graduates or students completing a CAHME or CEPH accredited master’s program in healthcare administration. It aims to prepare individuals for leadership roles in healthcare management through hands-on learning at the Vagelos College of Physicians & Surgeons. Fellows participate in rotations across clinical operations, financial management, research administration, and human resources. The program's objectives focus on developing an understanding of top management, organizational priorities, decision-making processes, and stakeholder dynamics, while strengthening administrative skills and ethical judgment.
