Conference Room Reservation

You can request a Department of Medicine conference room for a meeting or event. You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours of your request. Reservations are subject to availability and may not be reserved by telephone.

1. Rooms only have internet connectivity and a screen.
2. Rooms should be selected based on the number of attendees.
3. Furniture moves must be done and reinstated to the original placement by the users. The glass tables cannot be moved.
4. No video recordings are allowed without pre-approval.
