This cross-sector working group is at the heart of the CTtP’s activities, a brain-trust fine tuning the Center’s vision and contributing to initiatives to meet its goals.

  • Malina Spirito, PsyD, MEd, PMH-C

    Malina Spirito, PsyD, MEd, PMH-C, is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in perinatal mental health at ChristianaCare in Delaware. She provides treatment for perinatal mood disorders, trauma, and reproductive challenges. Dr. Spirito also trains healthcare professionals and serves on the Executive Council of the Delaware Psychological Association.

  • Aliza W. Pressman, PhD

    Aliza W. Pressman, PhD, is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Mount Sinai in NYC and co-founding director of The Mount Sinai Parenting Center. She is the author of The Five Principles of Parenting and hosts the Raising Good Humans podcast. Dr. Pressman holds a PhD in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University.

  • Darby Saxbe, PhD

    Darby Saxbe, PhD, is a clinical psychologist, Professor at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, and Director of the USC Center for the Changing Family. Her research explores stress in relationships, particularly during the transition to parenthood. She is an accomplished writer, and her upcoming book, Dad Brain, examines the ways in which fatherhood transforms men’s lives.

  • Janice James Aubey, MD, MPH

    Janice James Aubey, MD, MPH, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Dr Aubey has been in clinical practice at New York-Presbyterian-Columbia for more than 20 years working in various roles to enhance patient safety and the experience of care, expand access and promote equity through research and clinical care.

  • Danielle Jackson

    Danielle Jackson, a marketing professional with 10+ years of experience, co-founded DRK Beauty, a mental health platform for women of color. DRK Beauty provides free therapy nationwide. She also serves on Delivering Good’s Associate Council, focusing on product procurement and fundraising for communities in need.

  • Emilie Rodriguez

    Emilie Rodriguez, a Black birth and postpartum doula, founded Ashe Birthing Services and co-founded The Bridge Directory, supporting perinatal professionals of color. She leads a Columbia University NIH-funded maternal health research initiative and advocates for Black maternal health in NYC.
