The Human Resources Fellowship Program is a 12-month, full-time experience aimed at preparing individuals for leadership roles in human resources management. Open to recent graduates with master’s degrees in HR management or related fields, the program provides immersive, process-oriented learning through mentorship, special projects, and leadership opportunities. Fellows engage in key HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks, while gaining insight into top-level management and decision-making within an academic medical center. The program is tailored to each fellow’s interests and designed to strengthen professional skills, ethical judgment, and leadership potential.
