EQUIP at Montefiore-Einstein
The EQUIP Center relies on 3 interdependent Cores: the Administrative Core (AC) will oversee cross- institutional collaboration, program evaluation, and bi-directional engagement with stakeholders at every stage, including proposing project topics, review and selection of LHS Scientists, design and outcomes of research projects, and dissemination; the Research Education Core (REC) will be responsible for delivering an effective didactics and mentorship program that leverages Center expertise in LHS competencies, equity/disparities, quality/safety, PCOR/CER methods, and health services research; the Research and Data Analysis Core (RDAC) will support the experiential training of embedded LHS Scientists across our LHS partner institutions to develop and conduct PCOR/CER pilot projects focused on the intersection of health equity and quality.
