Kathleen Frazier is a sleep activist (advocating for healthy sleep as a basic human right), Reiki master, and MS in Narrative Medicine from Columbia University. Research interests: effects of trauma on sleep, as well as holistic recovery from disordered sleep. Kathleen writes a sleep health blog for Psychology Today. Her memoir, Seleepwalker: The Mysterious Makings and Recovery of a Somnambulist, won the 2017 Independent Publisher's Book Award (IPPY) for Best First Book Nonfiction.
