The Biomarkers Shared Resource provides a centralized and cost-effective resource for receiving, handling, and storing human samples that are collected as part of research studies.

Provides training; expertise in data analysis tools/methodologies; access to state of the art software, databases, models, and computing infrastructure; and customized data analysis workflows.

Collaborates with investigators in the design, conduct, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of clinical, laboratory, and population science studies.

Provides access to state-of-the-art imaging platforms and has expert staff who are well trained in microscopy and image processing.
