The Kenneth A. Forde Diversity Alliance (KAFDA) was established in 2014 to bring together medical students, graduate students, resident physicians, fellows, faculty, research scientists, and allies across the Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) with the aim of empowering the community at CUIMC. KAFDA seeks to develop networking opportunities, foster mentorship, and provide avenues for community service and leadership development opportunities.
